Position Description:

Position Requirements:
1. Education & Qualifications：Under 35 years old, with a Ph.D. obtained within the past three years in Medicine, Biology, Life Sciences, or related fields.
2. Research Publication：Have published at least one research paper as the first author in peer-reviewed academic journals during the doctoral program.
3. Technical Competence：Possess solid foundational knowledge and biomedical research capabilities.
