Job Responsibilities:

1.  Proficiently apply histological techniques and other diagnostic methods, independently review slides, and issue diagnostic reports.

2.  Participate in training, mentoring, and performance evaluations for departmental physicians and technicians.

3.  Address client inquiries and provide professional responses.

4.  Support research, quality control, and departmental management initiatives.

Position Requirements:

1.  ​Education & Age：Bachelor's degree or above in ​Pathology or ​Clinical Medicine.Under 55 years old.

​2.  Experience & Qualifications: Over ​5 years of clinical work experience. Holder of a ​valid licensed physician (Pathology) qualification certificate. Holds an ​Intermediate or higher professional title (e.g., Attending Physician).

3.  ​Core Competency：Capable of ​independently issuing diagnostic reports with accuracy.
