丨 Admission Conditions

01 Admission Requirements

1. Uphold the socialist system and abide by national laws and regulations;

2. Be morally and academically excellent, healthy, and generally under the age of 35;

• Obtain a doctoral degree generally not more than three years ago;
• Possess strong scientific research capabilities and high academic level, be dedicated, and be able to fulfill postdoctoral research tasks diligently;
• Agree that postdoctoral research projects during the stay will mainly source from various research projects conducted in the laboratory.

02 Treatment Policy

1. Provide an annual salary of no less than 200,000 yuan (including provincial, municipal, and district talent subsidies);

• For postdoctoral researchers selected for the Postdoctoral Innovation Talent Support Program or the Postdoctoral International Exchange Program, relevant benefits can be superimposed, with a comprehensive annual salary of up to 400,000 yuan;
• Provide additional performance bonuses for postdoctoral researchers who obtain funding from the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation or Zhejiang Provincial Postdoctoral Science and Technology Project Selection Fund;
• For postdocs who stay in Hangzhou after completion and sign a three-year or longer work contract, enjoy a 400,000-yuan postdoc stay subsidy in Hangzhou;
• Apply for the recognition of associate senior professional titles for outstanding postdocs with outstanding performance and research achievements;
• Pay the five insurances and one fund in accordance with national regulations;
• Provide a well-decorated postdoctoral apartment free of rent;
• Provide opportunities for postdoctoral researchers to visit and study at world-class universities and research institutions at home and abroad.

03 Application Process
